They were courteous to us at all times and were truthful with their answers to our many prying questions about the Grid connection system you provide. Their product knowledge was excellent and no problem we proposed was insurmountable to them.
Their suggestions re the location of the product were well thought out given the orientation of our house and the padding on Rowan's ladder to protect our gutting did not go unnoticed. He showed great courtesy to us and our vehicle by deliberately placing himself between the ladder and our car when carrying the ladder to and from his vehicle.
The many small things which may not be recognised by some, helped us with our decision. If your front line salesmen show this respect, it is not unreasonable for us to expect the same from all of your employees under the same guidance and training.
